Noelle from Colorado to Honduras

Noelle v. – on mission in Honduras

Hello! My name is Noelle and I am from the great state of Colorado, where you can catch me cross country skiing, paddle boarding, exploring new coffee shops, and playing spike ball or pickleball with my family. Apart from living in Colorado, I attend Franciscan University of Steubenville, where I will be receiving my bachelors degree in marketing in May.

Throughout the past four years the Lord has truly tended to and nurtured my heart, illuminating the path which has led me to the beautiful mission that is Con-solatio. After I went on mission to Belize in Spring 2022, the Lord gave me the desire to be an international missionary. I yearned to live a radical life laid down for great love of my Beloved who laid His life down for me. I was a little hesitant, though, and I told Jesus, He was going to have to bring me the organization. Well, a week and a half later, after listening to the testimony of my dear friend Talia who was considering volunteering with Con-solatio, He did bring it to me. After learning about Con-solatio, the Lord’s hand continued to take mine and lead me to understand His will for me in it all.

My heart burns to console Christ’s heart by bringing others more deeply into His sacred heart and our Father’s embrace. What better way to do that than with the guidance of our most Blessed Mother! One of my favorite songs by Housefires put it simply, “My heart is the wick, His love is the flame, and I want to burn for His name.”

I cannot be more humbled and honored to be chosen as an instrument of His love by serving in Tegucigalpa, Honduras for the next 14-18 months. Thank you so much for your support and prayers. I will be carrying you and your precious heart in prayer!
