Why I Serve

After graduating from university, I went on mission with Con-solatio and served in Argentina. I met Christ in this new culture, in my fellow missionaries, and through friendship with those who were suffering and lonely. Through my mission, I recognized Christ’s mercy, love, and compassion for me. 

I am working in our domestic outreach mission, sharing our missionary program with the young adults in the United States. I travel and try to meet our young people where they are, by visiting high school classrooms, organizing university service days, joining in on campus bible studies or simply meeting for a coffee. I have the privilege of going to national Catholic conferences and assisting in university service and vocation fairs. 

As each one has received a gift, use it to serve one another as good stewards of God’s varied grace.  1 Peter 4:10 

My mission in Argentina was an abundant gift from God to my life. I am thankful to share this gift through in-person encounters, hoping to plant a seed of hope and meaning in their walk towards God.

About Me

I grew up in Texas and when I am not traveling, I am in Brooklyn, NY. I enjoy a good YouTube watercolor painting tutorial, coffee, and exploring new places. I love this mission of Outreach because I’m able to discover and learn about my own country in a whole new way, through our young people and through our mission.
